Villa Santina, Ground Floor with Garden Access

Ground floor
Ground floor sea side apartment of Villa Santina. Being on the ground floor, the apartment also has a side access to the garden where it is possible to enjoy lunch outside with shade created by some plants.
Structure of the apartment
The apartment has a main room with kitchen functionality and living room and two sleeping rooms. On  the two rooms is on the back of the house and has a double bed. The smaller room with window on the side has one fixed bed and an extra chair which can be opened and function as a second bed. Both sleeping room feature airconditioning.

Finally there is a small bathroom with a bidet and a shower. The bathrooms have not been renovated yet, but are functional and fine for a summer house.

Behind the house there is space to dry laundries in the sun.
Facilities
The apartment features Induction cookings and microwave and pans are available. There is furthermore a small fridge and dishwasher. For laundry there is a washing machine in the living room available and laundry can be put to dry in the sun on the back of the villa.

Airconditioning is available in the sleeping rooms and living room.

WiFi is present.
